There are quite a few bars in the castro area that have pins. However, I only know that Moby Dick’s on 18th has 4. I haven; tbeen in a couple of years, so I don;t know the current rotation. There is a cafe on Haight within two blocks of Stanyon that has one. Sorry I don;t remember the name. rockin’ Java? Also, the Presidio Bowl (used to?) have one.

thanks for the Medeviel Madness listings. that is super hard to find.

Lori’s Diner, either on Powell, or a couple of blocks away, has a few pinball machines

Metreon has a spiderman machine. I did not see an Indiana. Still Wheel and Pirates. The Spiderman is very well maintained, but too tilt sensitive. Here is what sucks a lot to me: can’t win free games on any of them. The score that should be a free game is a free ball. It’s too bad. The Spiderman is a nice one.

The others at Museum mechanique are Indiana Jones (1994), Olympic Games, and Sing-a-Long. The bar near there next to the cannery has a pin. I think it is Revenge from Mars. The Pier 39 arcade has Elvis and Simpson’s Pinball Party

Arcade on second level of Metreon (the Tilt) has two:

Ripley’s Believe It or Not, 3 balls for $.50, fair condition; and

Terminator 3, 3 balls for $.50, broken “RPG”/”Cannon” on the back section. It seems like everywhere that I see this machine the “RPG” element in the backboard section is broken. Must be hard to maintain.

Just got back from SF for Macworld. Hotel Utah Saloon, 500 4th St., has a TSPP (Simpsons Pinball Party) in pretty nice condition. It’s about 5 blocks south of Moscone.

The Elbo Room has 4 or 5 pinball machines. Mission Hill Saloon (the old Sadies Flying Elephant) has Indianapolis 500 pinball. Pop’s has Terminator 2 I believe and it plays terribly.

The arcade in the Century 9 in Daly City has Lord of the Rings and Spiderman in great condition. It’s not in S.F. but it’s close enough that I figured it was worth mentioning.

This is quite wonderful. Do you by chance know of any in the UC Berkeley area? The only one I have seen lately is in La Val’s Pizza and it has a Batman machine (with the recent joker and the scarecrow), 3 balls for 75 cents. Thanks

We went to the Pinball Exposition in Marin yesterday and had a blast. And we discovered that the Pacific Pinball Museum in Alameda has over 100 machines that are free with the price of admission. Anyone ever been there….?

Been to Pacific Pinball Museum a couple of times, feel that they over charge. They have the Iron Man pin rigged so the space for the drains are huge!!!
